Man suddenly unresponsive with speech loss and vomiting

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a quarry off Marion Road Southeast for a reported medical emergency involving a man who suddenly became unresponsive, could not speak, and had vomited. Crews arrived on scene to assist the patient.
