Officers track vehicle on Upper Street toward bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed multiple vehicles near Upper Street after a reported motor vehicle complaint that may have originated from another county. The vehicles were later reported near a bridge, and the driver was said to be heading to a hospital, possibly in Auburn.
