A little before the on-ramp from 66 on the I-44, there's a car broken down blocking the lane just before the construction; it has almost been hit multiple times. 6276 South Quincy Avenue, River Glen townhomes. A 55-year-old female thinks she is possibly having a heart attack. She reports chest tightness, nausea, clamminess, and aching in her right arm. Blood pressure is currently 86 over 45. She is breathing abnormally.
