Smoke in stairwell at Central Park West building

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received alarm company and caller reports of smoke in the stairwell of a multi‑story building near West Seventh Street and Central Park West, possibly coming from the second floor. Multiple fire and EMS units were sent to the scene, and a separate residential alarm was noted near South 90th East Avenue.
