Reckless riding on red motorbike near Southwest 2nd

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a teenager riding a homemade red motorbike recklessly in a turn lane near Southwest 2nd Street and Crosby in Tulia. The teen reportedly nearly collided with a black pickup truck near a discount store and a fast-food restaurant. An officer later contacted a youth in a red shirt in a nearby neighborhood but was unable to locate the reported motorbike.
