Man threatens staff with knife during property cleanup
AssaultHe was responding to Meadowview Place. The suspect is a (name withheld) 113-1963 for the RP. They were trying to clean up the property and handing out notices. Subject's wife came out and was 415 and was filming. Then the male half came out, became hostile, was 415 verbal, in the employee's faces, and then pulled in knife off. Unknown any other weapons, he retreated back into his unit. RP did advise him that she would be calling. All of the staff is currently locking... We've ever done it.
