It was a full-body seizure lasting approximately one minute. We arrived on scene, had a GCS 15. Said he started having seizures over the past month. Never appeared to be in physical distress with the seizure. Patient denies any injury from the fall, 8.5 out of 10. All vitals were in normal ranges. Blood sugar was 83.
