Do have a positive Cincinnati stroke scale, slurred speech. I'm able to follow command. Last thing normal was at 645 this morning. Patient is alert to her person but nothing else. Last set of vitals was a paste rhythm. Blood pressure is 99, number 75, respiration is 29. We got 94% on room air. Do have a 20 gauge, 5B establishing the left forearm. I'm going to go ahead and recommend a stroke alert. And we got a glucose of 147. We'll be at your facility in around 7 to 10. Any questions orders at this time? No, that's clear.
