Neighbor reported for reckless driving on roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers investigated a 911 hang-up traced to a location on Sugarloaf Road in Troy. A caller later reported that a neighbor living a few houses away was possibly driving recklessly and speeding up and down the roadway. The matter was referred to highway patrol jurisdiction.
