Illegal dumping from flatbed trucks at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a report of illegal dumping near Winding Creek in Trinity, Texas. A person reportedly disposed of trash from three flatbeds and left the scene. A witness provided video evidence of the incident.
