Erratic box truck reported on I-25 near Trinidad

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a box truck with California plates driving erratically northbound on I-25 near mile marker 23 by Trinidad. The reporting party followed at a distance, was afraid to pass, and was willing to sign a complaint. Officers coordinated by radio to locate the truck and make contact with the driver.
