a lot of homeless people young like that are hanging out with other homeless people in that area, at Bay Front Apartments, and East Bay Flats they go back and forth between those two areas. I would make them priorty places to look for missing kids that are the type that would going to places to get drunk or get high. They may just be taken to these places by homeless people who appear to try to be willing to help. I would give more specific locations, but I am on Bond to stay away and not interact. I imI could be of any assistance any further. I could be reach by the Sheriff department. I don't know if the person can be found in those location but over the last few months this kind of person could possible be found in either location.
