Intoxicated detainee screaming in patrol vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers report that a person in custody became difficult and was screaming in the back of a patrol vehicle. Due to apparent heavy intoxication, units requested a wheelchair and were en route to a nearby hospital.
