Person self-inflicts stab wound with heavy bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near Highway 102 in the Townley area for a report of a man who apparently stabbed himself in the yard and was bleeding heavily. The call came from a third party, and the sheriff’s office and fire units were notified.
