Search for van in suspected forced check-cashing scheme

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement broadcast an alert for a white seven-seat van reportedly involved in a possible kidnapping/holding-persons incident tied to a check-fraud scheme. A texter reported being picked up in South Boston with two others for supposed construction work and then being forced to cash fraudulent checks at several banks. The vehicle’s last ping about 10 minutes prior was I-95 southbound in the area of Topsfield and it may be heading back toward Boston.
