Male attempting self-harm by wrapping telephone cord around neck

As discussed during the dispatch call, units requested Code 3 to a wellness/mental-health facility at 1244 N Main St for a male reportedly wrapping a telephone cord around his neck in an active self-harm attempt. Alcohol/drug involvement is unknown.
