Woman unresponsive and not breathing at recreation site

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated a medical response for a woman in her mid-twenties who was reported not breathing in the parking lot at the Water Users Recreation Site near the Lower Salt River. Deputies and medical units were notified and directed to the area.
