As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a caller near Brookridge Circle about a gray Nissan reportedly doing burnouts or donuts in the roadway. The suspected driver lives nearby, and the reporting neighbor requested to speak with an officer. An arriving deputy reported not hearing any vehicles doing burnouts at that time.
