Commercial fire alarm at Kellogg’s Villa complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a possible commercial fire alarm at a business on Spencer Road near Kellogg’s Villa in Toledo. Responding units were later canceled and some were directed to stand down.
