Summary: A 16-year-old Hispanic male juvenile, described as light-skinned with blonde curly hair, returned to his mother's residence at 239 Fowler Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey. Upon arrival, he kicked in the door, causing approximately $500 in damage, and entered the home with an aluminum bat.
