Vehicle Crash with Water Rescue at Howard Still Turnpike and Rockfish Crossing

Summary: A motor vehicle accident involving a Ford Ranger occurred at the intersection of Howard Still Turnpike and Rockfish Crossing, Albemarle County, Virginia. The vehicle was reported partially submerged in the river, with blood observed on the rocks, and initial reports indicated possible injuries.
