Suspicious Person with Flashlight Reported at Apartment Complex

Summary: A caller reported seeing a dark figure with a flashlight approaching the front door of an apartment on Pitcher Street Southeast, Bradley County, Tennessee. The caller's dog was also alerted, and the caller suspected the person may have passed by their house. Responding units observed a subject in dark clothing looking into vehicles and pulling on doors in the area of 1143 Sim Goodwin Road Southwest. The incident was reported to have occurred approximately an hour before police arrival. The caller was identified as Tawanna Stewart.
