Person Down Located in Porta Potty on Brown's Island

Summary: Richmond Fire Department Engine 5 responded to a report of a person down near 820 Trader (also referred to as Trindigurd/Trediker) Street, with cross streets South 5th Street and South 7th Street. Initial confusion over the precise location was resolved when it was determined the individual was inside a porta potty by the pedestrian footbridge on Brown's Island. Responders coordinated to locate the individual, who was ultimately found and did not require medical attention. Engine 5 was cleared to return to service.
