Access Issues to Apartment Due to Lockbox and Key Complications

Summary: Responders encountered difficulties accessing an apartment due to complications with keys and lockboxes. The reporting party (RP) indicated that a ring of keys in a lockbox should grant entry, but responders found that the keys in the Knox box did not provide access to the necessary lockbox containing the master key. After attempting several keys and communicating with the RP, responders ultimately had to force open the office door to retrieve the required keys. Entry was gained to apartment 218 without causing damage.
