Summary: Authorities issued an Attempt to Locate (ATL) for Cody Oldenburg, born 4/13/1997, who was last seen wearing a yellow hoodie and sweatpants, possibly driving a black Audi with New York plates (King, Norah King, 880, K&K, 8E, or N08080, 8080).
