Elderly Female with Chest Tightness and Difficulty Breathing

Summary: An 85-year-old female in Carroll County, Georgia, experienced tightness in her chest and difficulty breathing. She has a history of congestive heart failure. Upon assessment, her blood pressure was 170/110, heart rate was 110, and glucose was 93. Four liters of oxygen were administered. The patient had not taken any NSAIDs or nitroglycerin at the time of assessment. Emergency responders provided care and monitored her condition.
