One-Acre Grass Fire at FM 1486 and Johnson Road (Gunnriven Ranch)

Summary: Booster 53 and Battalion 51 responded to a grass fire north of FM 1486 and Johnson Road at Gunnriven Ranch, Montgomery County, Texas. The fire, started by the calling party, spread to a tree and began moving north of Johnson Road. Additional units, including Tanker 53 and Booster 51, were dispatched. Upon arrival, crews found a slow-moving grass fire covering approximately one acre and began extinguishing operations.
