EMS Response to Possible Overdose and Unconscious Patient in West Memphis

Summary: Emergency medical services (EMS) responded to two incidents in Crittenden County, Arkansas. The second incident was a Priority 1 response to an unconscious patient reported to be in her driveway at Balfour and Carlisle Streets in West Memphis. EMS and police searched the area but were unable to locate the patient, and the call was determined to have come from a third party.
