Smell of Gas and Electrical Odor at Sweetgrass Circle

Summary: Engine 63 and other Orange County Fire Rescue units responded to reports of a smell of gas and electrical odor at 3677 Sweetgrass Circle, Unit 30304. Upon arrival, crews investigated the source of the odor, which was initially believed to be gas but was later determined to be an electrical odor from the air handler and ultimately traced to the water heater. The situation was brought under control, the power to the water heater was isolated, and all incoming units were canceled. No injuries were reported, and the scene was cleared without further incident.
