Domestic Dispute: Reckless Driving and Welfare Concern Near Target at Shaw and Marty

Summary: A domestic disturbance was reported involving a woman, Nicolette Buñolos, and her boyfriend, Caprice Love (born July 27, 1990). The boyfriend left in a silver GMC Arcadia with their children, reportedly driving recklessly. The RP, who was very emotional, remained parked in a red Honda Elantra. Later, it was reported that the boyfriend ran out of gas and was seen walking with the children near the Target at Shaw and Marty. The RP also planned to respond to that location. Officers later confirmed the children were not present with Caprice Love. He was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans.
