Summary: Engine 66 was dispatched to investigate a reported strong odor of gas inside the laundry room at Wilbur Dining, located at 658 Escondita Road, Stanford. Upon arrival, crews attempted to contact facilities management (LBRE) but were unable to reach them. Initial monitoring did not detect any hazardous gas levels, but the odor persisted, possibly resembling mercaptan from natural gas.
