Intoxicated Male Laying in Ditch and Front Yard, Welfare Check Requested

The individual was reported to have hit his head when approaching the property and was described as breathing but with unknown status. The caller removed the individual from their property, after which the male was seen walking to a neighboring house. Fire and EMS were staged for a medical response.
