Burglary in Progress at Western Ave Apartment

Summary: Law enforcement responded to a report of a breaking and entering in progress at Apartment C21, 300 Western Ave, Ingham County, Michigan. The suspect, Arii Turner, was observed breaking a window and possibly making entry. She was seen leaving the scene in a grey Pontiac sedan, heading northbound on Western Ave. Officers pursued, detained one individual, and later determined that no crime had occurred.
