Child Screaming and Vehicle Fleeing Incident on Governors Road

Summary: A caller reported hearing a child screaming on the roadway near 596 Governors Road, with a vehicle present in the driveway. The vehicle, identified as a black Toyota Camry with the plate Vanity, Union Mary-Nora Ocean Paul Edward, reportedly left the scene at a high rate of speed toward Route 75. Police attempted to locate the vehicle and check the area, including Milton Mills and CatTale, but made negative contact at the residence.
