Officers check on young boy running in street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Elm Street and East Hoffman Street for a possible welfare check on a young boy who appeared scared and exhausted while running along the road, last reported heading northbound on Portage Avenue. The child was later reported by his father, who was driving to the area to meet officers.
