Domestic dispute and property damage reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance near Third Street after a woman requested an officer and a man was reportedly letting air out of her tires. The call disconnected, and the man was later reported to have left in a green Toyota heading toward 5th Street.
