As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated driver near a motel on Sierra Drive in Three Rivers. A black Nissan sedan reportedly pulled into a turnoff, and the driver got out of the vehicle carrying alcohol and wearing black clothing.
