Man found unresponsive on I-294 construction wall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a man wearing an orange vest was observed sitting with his head down on the construction wall of I-294, approximately one and three-quarters miles southbound past Halsted. No vehicles or construction crews were present. Emergency services and Tollway units were dispatched.
