79-year-old woman with speech issues possible stroke

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent near Parsons Valley Road in Thorndike for a 79-year-old woman who was alert and breathing but had speech problems and apparent signs of a stroke. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate contact with a very young juvenile on a small dirt bike, who was warned about dirt bike rules.
