Reported mutual assault at apartment on West Central

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment near West Central in Toursville for a reported dispute between two people. Each person claimed the other assaulted him, including reports of grabbing and someone throwing a drink in another person’s face.
