Patient with stroke symptoms and brain bleed transported

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders transported a patient to Claiborne Medical Center after signs of an apparent stroke, including numbness, facial droop, and speech difficulty were reported. The patient was treated under a code stroke red protocol.
