Power outage knocks out lights at township intersections

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a possible power outage affecting traffic lights at Commerce and 8th Street and at Main Street and Trolley in the Palmer Township area. Some signals later appeared to come back on. Separately, a caller reported a possible theft involving a phone and a baseball glove, with the phone reportedly pinging to a location on Argyle Street.
