Dog struck by vehicle at Lafayette and Western

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the intersection of Lafayette Street and Western Highway for a reported incident where a Chevy Yukon allegedly struck a dog and left the area, followed by an argument between the reporting caller and another woman on scene.
