Car hits pole; driver in diabetic emergency

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic accident near North Avenue in the Tallmadge Circle area, where a silver vehicle reportedly struck a pole in front of a church. The driver appeared to be having a diabetic episode and requested insulin, and EMS was notified and sent to the scene.
