Dog running off leash near Freedom Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a male allowing his dog to run off leash near Northeast Avenue by the Freedom Trail and Lions Park, and nearly hitting the dog with a vehicle. Officers were requested to conduct a patrol check in the area as the male walked toward Howe Road.
