As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are responding near Shelter Road in Tahoe Vista for a report of a woman in her twenties, recently removed from a shelter and not taking her medications, who was reportedly acting erratically and may have threatened someone with a knife yesterday while riding an electric scooter.
