A vehicle reportedly ran a red light and fled the area toward Pearl Street. Law enforcement was notified to search for the fleeing vehicle. Subsequent emergency calls in the same period involved medical issues at multiple locations including North Defiance Street, East Portland Avenue, Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehab on South Orchard Street, and Allenmore Building on South 19th Street.
