Copies? 2038. For our noise complaint, welfare ship. 381[1]. From the (name withheld) waterfront restaurant, 3211, Rest in Way. Our caller is uncooperative. Called in the noise complaint originally for an idling train that had a bell going off. When he called back, he said that he would take care of things. His law enforcement wasn't going to do anything. and then stated that there was somebody with no description that was about to throw rocks at the train record.
