Child with head injury and altered mental state

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical team is responding to a fall incident involving a child near Main St. The child sustained a facial laceration which was initially controlled, but now appears to have an altered mental status. The response includes coordination with Ambulance 61 headed towards DuBois.
