Woman with schizophrenia has speech difficulty in Sycamore

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 40-year-old woman near Vista Terrace and Kingsway is having difficulty speaking and is reportedly schizophrenic. Police assistance was requested and medic three arrived on scene.
